     In order to better protect myself, my father and his property, in any regard to myself, and in order to better protect my own future, my reproductive rights and to have better life chances in the wake of my paternal Grandfather; (Mr Nelson Chandler, of Lawrenceburg Tennessee) and his Beloved wife , my Grandmother (Ms Ruby Smith Chandler; d.2006), I will file this lawsuit as 'against' the estate of Nelson naming also as co-defendants or executors of his estate being Wm Parks (Pete) Chandler and Morris (Bud) Chandler and also Joyce Chandler Johnson, of Lawrenceburg; this lawsuit against them to be filed by me with the state of Tennessee and the courts of Lawrence County, using a licensed attorney of name and firm to be disclosed later .

     I myself am the eldest grandson of Nelson Chandler (d 2011), of those having the sir-name "Chandler", here, and i have never asked nor received any funds, lands , nor even much news about his estate. As i plan to live for at least another 30 years, as a remnant of his life and his estate, I will ask $350,000 as a sum befitting the eldest grandson of a family that will leave no heir to carry that name (of this clan); none if i nor my younger brother nor some few adult male cousins ever do have children by that name and blood-line .

     I do not necessarily begrudge any whom may have rushed to 'usurp' such monies though i believe the fact has put my own safety and succes in much jeopardy, at many times without my knowing it. Further, some decisions of my own father (one Pete Chandler) have previously put me to much defame and inconvenience (in my opinion) that it is befitting he be named as a co-defendant, and it leaves me no recourse now save legal attempts. This statement of lawsuit is merely a prudent thing to do though i feel some threat of risk, to my self and safety, in trying it .

     As i said, it is no personal begrudgement to any persons listed here, at this point, but is simply an attempt to protect my future and have better chances from a due course of events, with regard to a man whom had said he was "The First Local Employee" of Murray Ohio manufacturing, as to when 'their office' came down from Cleveland Ohio (he himself their driver in his own local 'taxi-cab' business). And Ruby, the dear sweet deaconess of her church and chef of a daycare center for 30 years; cut down in the prime of life by a strange trafic assault against the couple, near the turn of the century . May she Rest in Peace .

     I will list a group of witnesses and family members to receive a copy of this letter . Your concern is appreciated .

Now, in the wake of the Historic vote of the 2012 presidential election cycle, i see at least two significant 'Deaths' and they are necessarily well publisized . Though the Gentlemen i mention each were old at the time of their death (88 and 75 years of age, respectively as to what i heard) i cannot help but wonder about the possible 'convenience to others' at juxtaposition to the matter and whether or about whom 'a possible instance of obvious "misinformation" ' would obviously benefit in politics and social gain . A timely death for Senator Inoye and Judge Bork ? Timely for whom ?

Certainly i believe that some 'Deaths' are staged or faked in order to protect the supposed 'Victim' or distinguished Citizen ; (such as a Witness Protection Program), and that some people would be a lot more free to enjoy some different things if they did not have to carry the 'baggage' from their former career . So a supposed death, however unfortunate for others, might be beneficial to some people and even to the decedent. Of course the death might be completely normal and natural, in the case of those questionable deaths, as far as we the public would know. Alternatively it might be absuredly horrible for the victim and their benefactors; a prolonged sufferring, maybe an improper slander, and possibly a premature end to a system of work and progress for addressing their own goals and those of significant others. In the case of former state representative from Tennessee, Mr Keith Westmoreland, the questionability of his 'stature' came on quickly or was only recently under fire in the public press and then his profile in the public Press was Very Bad for a short time. It was obviously harrowing , damaging, and ended in a way that he himself would probably not prefer. Interestingly it came right at the time of a 'Changing of The Guard', in Tennessee; the Time that Phil Bredesen Became Governor and Tre Hargett would soon become secretary of state. Did they like Bro Westmoreland and the power structure that kept him in position?

As reality goes, representative Westmoreland, being a seasoned Tennessee politician was probably not any sort of 'innocent man'; being a long serving member of the state house as a ranking member of important lobbies and comittees. Probably he was engaged in some questionable perks whether it was ever as bad or he was as stiupid as it started to be in the Press. In some such slander Hardball cases the mean people want to make the suppossed 'Charge' sound so frightening that the matter of guilt is beside the point (sexual perversion with minors involved), so that it is supposedly so difficult that the respectable family is crushed by public noise of the alegations . Or they make it about a matter of 'mental health' that most of the Public cannot understand, really . Drugs ? i don't doubt that there are more crazy drugs available to the elite (and some questionable prescriptions to children), more than ever before; though i certainly do not participate in any of that .

How bout Bork ? Did the Republicans need him earlier and then find that it was getting way too expensive to get an attractive date for him, for the evening ?

Senator Inoye ? Had he made some potentially embarrasing mistakes in a prestigious looking career ? Did he want to ,alternatively, have a lot better time before he 'retired' in the public view? A changing of the guard ?

How bout all the other little people who never even had a chance yet are intelligent and are in the mind of bad bad sinners in political power ? humm ? how bout us ? Will I myself at age 40 something end up like Rep Westmoreland but 'Before' ever having a career ? May they rest in peace .

RE : By a Tennesee reporter in 2002: Rep. Keith Westmoreland Named Suspect In Second Indecent Exposure Case

    In Nashville, there are even more accusations of indecent exposure against Rep. Keith Westmoreland, (R) Kingsport.  Wednesday, at a 5 p.m. press conference, Metro police spokesman Don Aaron said that in a review of cases by the sex crimes unit it appears that Westmoreland is a suspect in another indecent exposure case.  Westmoreland was arrested last week in Florida on seven felony charges that he exposed himself at a hotel in Sandestin.
On Monday, NewsChannel 5 revealed that Metro police warned Westmoreland in March after witnesses said Westmoreland exposed himself to a motel located across from his Nashville apartment.

American Homeless

American homeless Shelters ? A conflict of terms.

Maybe it is not the fault of the U.S. housing authority if I myself cannot find a young woman to bring here unto my mother's house, in Tenessee; for an occassional visit and possibly some love and marriage . Yet a man should have an other option . A good-looking healthy young man (45 yr old) such as myself should have the option to go out and find Employment , a female to love, and yes even a place to live but too many a native man has not this option because the resources have been taken by foreigners and thugs . In this message i want to share with you (1st draft only so far) information about the many bad homeless shelters across the USA that are rendered useless to a Native American, even while Billions of dollars in US Subsidy go out to 'human services' and even to cover rental units taken by foreigners.

Now, i happen to like 'foreigners' or i like dating all kinds of women, though i guess many others do also including wealthy Tenament Owners in Every State and especially san Fransisco. It is not just any 'foreigners' that usually mess the place up for me, but thugs whom have been living there for years and are maybe even on the payrol, in places such as santa maria and San Luis obispo California. Nashville is one of the worst in the Country, even though it is said that 'Vandy' is involved, there.

Though many persons working for a homeless shelter might be honest and helpful there is always one that is a lier, one to poison the food, and one that wants to fist-fight me for some reason. Still the worst is housing units being taken by foreigners, in the USA, and further their rent too often is Paid By The US Government .

The Prince and the Pauper

In this article i want to 'Appoligize' to a man for any inconvenience to him in the fact that we share a similar name; (though i have met him Only once in my life, in Memphis TN, and likely will never meet with him again).  Let me say that it was a pleasure to meet with Mr Tayloe Chandler there at his office, (after i had called to make an appointment from my dorm-room at Memphis State university, in what must have been Spring of 1997 ).  Mid-town Memphis was a place  where he had a big building and a nice looking secretary, as I then found out for the first time in my life.   He was living in the lap of luxury.

In Memphis such luxury often comes with much arrogance as the social stratification dates back to the early slavery times and the World cotton market of Memphis.  He seemed nice enough and not too arrogant ; really .  It certainly was not my intention to point to any difference but to try and ease any concern, in my purpose for going to meet him.  Mr Wm Tayloe Chandler had been lucky in Memphis and in whatever his endeavors while i myself ;  Mr Wm Tharon Chandler from middle Tennessee, rather , was just beginning a long uphill struggle in what has been a deprived possibilty faced with my Good Attitude and yet is now soon turning dangerous for me .   Are we actually related , he and I ???

I'd say that he and i are only distantly related, (though we have a very similar name and maybe even look sort of similar) and that i Never wanted to be him and i have Always tried to make the difference Obvious in any matter ; in every matter of Identity and signature and wherewithal.  I have Never wanted to Pretend anything and have been proud enough of what the Good Lord Jesus Christ had given me,  from the Beginning,  though now that body and mind is being 'torn-down' by a terrible Mafia .  Do i blame him ?  Not that i know of .  Do i ask him for anything ?  Only to accept my apology and to ease his mind and his force if he has any plans against me .

On this day here, November 30 of 2012, they say that the now re-elected President will 'get back to work' with the new Congress , in Washington DC (though really not as much as planned for mid-January of 2013 here, i'm sure) . Even as so many opinions run hot about the problems here today and opportunities for the future of USA here now some people still ask for my own opinion or are maybe willing to consider what I say about it .

TC says : In my life and time i was Always willing to point to the possible 'solutions' for so many problems of the Environment and the U.S. Economy and that was included in many formal Education discussions; even while others could only 'reiterate' the Problems. today i too simply re-state the many problems of USA , here now , because i am not elected to Congress as Are those whom could and should be me more willing to help the masses of people here and elsewhere (even though i had tried and ran for congress, previously; and I probably will again someday) . Today some people can make a change and i will yet simply point to the change that is Needed .


In the United states right-now there are Many, many Homeless Natives ; some people who try to sleep in the bus station ; some young poor mothers carrying small babies as they sometimes beg for food. we have 'warehouses' full of young and almost healthy people whom are 'being used' by the people profiting from the homeless native population ; even while our president invites many more 'foreigners' to come here and work now and next year. I myself happen to like' foreigners' and especially all types of women but do You know how that the Other Countries Will not Allow Foreigners to come there ; foreigners like me and maybe you are not Allowed to come there and get 'Employment' and We are Not allowed to come there and Seek a Wife from among them . Not in the hearts, minds , and lands of others countries even though many of their people certainly do come here and work jobs , etc .

The USA needs to regain an actual 'Market' as other countries still have; instead of a propped- up giveaway to the wealthy and to the attractive of Other Countries . USA has high prices of everything due to 'insider trading' among the privaledged .

True Love Waits

Between sobs, Andi Eigenmann revealed that she and Jake Ejercito are no longer in a relationship.

It’s all over for the group of Juan Miguel “Mikey” Arroyo, son of former President and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, which claims to represent security guards and tricycle drivers, and an aspiring party-list group of journalists.

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday disqualified Ang Galing Pinoy (AGP) and Alab ng Mamamahayag (Alam), bringing to 33 the number of party-list groups it had so far dropped from the list of organizations qualified to take part in the elections in May 2013.
Among the groups the Comelec earlier disqualified were Ako Bicol, 1st Consumer Alliance for Rural Energy and Association of Philippine Electric Cooperatives, which have incumbent representatives in Congress.

No track record
In its ruling, the Comelec en banc officially dropped AGP, currently represented in Congress by Mikey Arroyo, from the roster of party-list groups reaccredited for the midterm elections because its nominees had no track record in representing security guards and drivers.

“They do not belong to the sector they want to represent and the organization [in general] has no track record representing this sector,” Election Commissioner Rene Sarmiento said in an interview.
The Comelec is purging groups from the party-list system following criticisms that millionaires, scions of influential political families and bogus organizations that pass themselves off as representatives of marginalized sectors were using the party-list system to gain seats in the House of Representatives.

Poll watchdog Kontra Daya earlier challenged the legitimacy of AGP, questioning its set of nominees for next year’s elections identified as Charlie Chua and Eder Dizon.

Lawyer, cosmetic surgeon
Kontra Daya noted that Chua was a member of the Sangguniang Bayan of Lubao, Pampanga, and was a senior partner at the Chua and Munsayac law firm. It said Chua was the “right-hand man” of Lubao Mayor Dennis Pineda.

Dizon was identified as a cosmetic surgeon, a Pampanga-based businessman who is president and owner of Suncove Corp., supposedly a franchise holder of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s small town lottery.

In August, Comelec Chair Sixto Brillantes Jr. gave hints of what awaited the group after it failed to present evidence in a hearing of its continuing compliance with the law on the party-list system.

P3M extort allegation
Sarmiento said that Alam’s allegations that the Comelec had tried to extort P3 million from the group in exchange for the organization’s accreditation played a major role in the final decision against the group.
Alam claims to be a group of journalists that also represents indigenous peoples, laborers, the urban poor, farmers and victims of titling syndicates.
“They have no track record to show that they have been really working for these multisectors they claim to represent,” said Sarmiento, citing one of the reasons in the unanimous decision issued by the Comelec en banc.

JR Rañeses
“Plus, the allegation about the bribery [was a factor] because the motion for reconsideration said that there was bribery committed but that was not proven during the meeting,” he said.
In a motion for reconsideration filed last month, Alam claimed that one of its members, Edwin Alcala, was approached by a certain Rogelio “JR” Rañeses who supposedly offered an assurance that the group’s accreditation would be approved in exchange for P3 million.
Alam further alleged that Rañeses had claimed that he had the authority of the Comelec’s second division, currently presided over by Commissioner Lucenito Tagle with Commissioner Elias Yusoph as member. But Alam did not name Tagle and Yusoph.

Absence of evidence
Alam filed the motion for reconsideration in the Comelec en banc after the second division thumbed down its request for accreditation for failing to meet the requirements of a legitimate party-list organization.
The division’s decision was affirmed by the en banc in a unanimous vote, Sarmiento said.
“The allegations were a factor. It doesn’t speak well of the organization to make a series of allegation of bribery and to state openly that there is no evidence,” he said.
Alam was one of the 165 new groups seeking accreditation from the Comelec so it could participate in the party-list elections.

A total of 289 groups have filed applications for accreditation.
Of the 33 groups the Comelec has disqualified so far, 29 are existing party-list organizations.
Under the Constitution, 20 percent of the seats in the House of Representatives are reserved for party-list groups.

In my life i believe there has been Plenty of potential Danger in my goals of my true education and world enlightenment, even among a lot of normal times and good people, and that i have avoided danger and death by prudence and presumption.  I rarely speak of death and danger yet we are in a world and a nation where many die each year and many foreigner might face danger according to the decision they make .  As i don't know how long my amazing adventure here in SEA will continue i certainly am inspired to continue my writing as I am very inspired by so many great writers around me; today's inspiration coming in the 'Mindanao Times', newspaper of Davao city .  Thanks for the inspiration and specificly the updates about the Comelec decisions here as that is ultimately the most important news for any Democracy; about the Improvement of election procedures in the freedom to elect our own representatives in a 'Representative Democracy' or a Republic.  My question for today, for all the  Leaders in the Philippines whom i truly do appreciate and admire, is whether they believe their own Government is in fact a 'Republic' or 'representative democracy' and whether they deem their own populace Smart enough to elect ample representatives when they are free to do so?   Also I need to speak comparatively of my own election attempts and associated opportunities.

Certainly here is unparrelelled pride in serving their own country, in national and provincial and local government, here in 2012, and much talk about previous abuse of the people by the Government (most famously the Marcos Dictatorship and  'Marshal Law' in the early 1980's and then the Assasination of Nonoy Aquino in those years), and presently very much protection and revamp of their  election system with large personalities and great names to include Mr "Sixto Brillantes" (the current Comelec chairman) and a Senate probe into the "legitimacy" of some of the 'party list groups'.  There has been the prosecution and encarceration, here in 2012 of a Former President and also a Supreme Court Justice.  Currently and Importantly there is daily  the public 'elimination' of so called extraneous political parties and opponents of 'the Administration' (Benigno Aquino 3).  Let me say I love it; that i am fortunate to be here in witness of this time and i appreciate the persons and the Press and that it does me good, for myself at least,  to compare my own experience and to exercise my intuition.   I have been lucky here.  Amen .

Previously in My own experience i had been persecuted terribly in an era when the United States went from being a wealthy and protected country to a near bankrupt police state.  Students whom came after my time (my 9 years in college) have been beaten up by police at University of California (there in 2011) and more quietly disincluded at many colleges across the land.  One reason is because of the down-slide of the US economy (among inherent fascist tendancies of the right-wing and right-left political party) and the resultant reduction of funds available for state sponsored Education.  When such a 'martial law '  situation comes down it is then the 'local henchman' that may then act upon their own selfishness and traits of 'revenge' against any childhood disagreement; more personally .  Then the options of Jail and 'prison for profit' bring in a new terror to any 'civil activists'; the sort of needful disobedience made famous by H.D. Thoreau (1854) and acted out in 2012 by the 'Occupy Movement' in USA.  In my own life i had no real Natural Flaws though that is what fascists do is they try to make it personal (and more beneficial to Themselves )  in any matter ; and this 'hidden trait'   or latent style comes out in some people when somehow they are 'given the chance ' to make it happen .   My question is whether the Pinoy are now acting out a long dormant trait or whether they will more perfect a free and open government.  As for myself I had a lot of good freinds when i was young and in young adulthood .  Then that joy was taken away by jealous fascists.   Now i enjoy it again;  here in your country.   Young ladies are mildly glad to meet me and the then the same one's like me day after day, no matter how close we get or other concerns; unless and until they are obstructed in this by a jealous fascist working slyly.   I have not hurt any ladies, nor myself, nor any kids, nor taken anyone where they didn't want to go, and there has never been any danger of anything like that on my part.  Can i someday get elected to office in USA ?  That depends on whether it is worth the trouble to me  and whether i need the money and personal effects of it .   Peace to you.

the Reconstruction of Davao .

When i first arrived in the far eastern city of Davao it was still very much the same as it had been for the past 50 years, if not longer.  There were some significant old buildings, homes and hotels that had been built of wood in a Japanese style or were constructed by Japanese whom had previously had more significant presence here.  Now, i cannot speak with any expertise about Architecture, nor style, nor History nor even language and culture but i can tell you about a 'Feeling' and about a 'rebirth' of a significant city .

Too often in my life i have to 'hide- out', from a terrible 'sindicate' that had obstructed my life ever since a time in the late 1990's if not earlier and anyway i must now 'give away' the Secret of where i found peace and safety; (at least i found it for a while).  Maybe the leaders here, in southeastern Mindanao,  would be proud of what i say, here still, or maybe they have wished i would leave (because the matter of humility and prudence as some call 'shyness' is very very much a basic personal character trait of the natives here even among much physical strength and beauty and human activity) but I can't just 'sit down' and be quiet about it even though i might have very few whom will ever even read my account of this.  There certainly are many, here now, whom have increased trying to discourage me on the part of the crude mafia that i mention; trying to make me 'Move' on behalf of the Liers who ruined my life previously .  They make a lot of noise here in the internet cafe's, that place that had become my refuge as i much prefer quiet and a public size computer screen and server to any personal 'cell-phones' and i have Never owned/ used a 'laptop' computer as some Americans are trying to force me to do in order for the "sindicate" to usurp the credit; the credit of my smart mind and some sort of money that i had bestowed by a consortium , previously in a secret financial development outside their circle of the mafia (except for their sneekie attorney).  In addition to the Much noise in the Internet cafe they let beggars handle me in the streets of Davao; even after i gave alms and paid for them to have food in a restaurant; they touch my body and Continue to ask money after i asked them not to and there is no help from any guard nor policeman, here, in this now (and certainly i don't like to bother the police); though this is a place where i have  had some freinds and have spent a greater proportion of my funds in the stores, restaurants and public markets.

The people here are Sophisticated in a very old way similar to the tribes of Central america and similar they have a 'mixed' ancestry and there is no lack of 'self confidence' even among such a spectrum of beauty , arrogance, poverty, and humanity.  Truly some of them stay up all night; tooting a bycicle horn that means 'ballot' or a partially developed chicken in an egg that has been cooked at midnight because it the egg is laid at night after the evening Roost .  This is a common delicacy that can score a man some points with the ladies.  Where the treat in USA might have been 'ice cream' here it was/ is ballot poultry  (pronounced bal-oat).  In addition to the sound of the 'bycicle horn' all night (by the room they left available to me) is the 'toot-toot' sound of jeepnie horn and car horns, all night.  I had one good girlfreind (22 yr old) that liked to keep the same sleeping hours as me (night-time) but the mafia stole her away as soon as they could (after 3 weeks) ; they used her mama to do so even after i gave the girl clothes and food when she had very few and she was trying to work in the street corner, and after i paid to lease land for her poor father to farm (on her request) and after i bought materials for her young sisters to have shelter and education supplies (on her request).

Though there is not too much example of Art nor modern methods here there has been a lot of human enjoyment on my part even among a lot of local Noise.  These people love to  sing and the joy of Videoke is espoused widely.  There has been a lot of new Reconstruction of old buildings here and lot of large new building of Apartment Homes and shopping malls.  There are many students in colleges here in Davao; students who come from the outlying provinces and suburbs of the territory, and from here in the City.  There are many beautiful women here who can surprise a european with their 'humanity' and while the culture of Manila, in Luzon to the North may take pride in being much more 'International' and proud of 'Speaking English' here in the South the 'language difference' has Never been a problem for me, personally, and i have spent my time in Asia here on this large island and not in the big international city to the north nor in mainland China. .  Peace, love and enjoy your self determination, here in southeast Asia.

In this time of great progress and yet wide poverty I ask you would the Fil-Ams and the world work toward a true and lasting Improvement if they could see it Clearly ?  The Recent Peace Agreement between the Aquino Administration and the Muslims of Mindanao is an amazing accomplishment for one generation in Asia and can be a successful example if it is truly a step toward Genuine Satisfaction for a greater number of people involved and, pertaining to that i will mention a  'satisfaction quotient'.  

I want to ask ask You all, and also POTUS,  if you agree that all the many- many Poor of the United States and Asia and Russia are not just a bunch of 'Loosers' , as the 'Fox News'  TV coverage has recently portrayed, said.   All People need basic food, shelter and social belonging and the key is Not necessarily to have a lot of new super-malls and Highway Construction.  The USA is a perfect modern  example that 'financial Progress' Does Not lead to a broader 'happiness quotient' and i submit to you that all of the so-called 'loosers' and 'freedom fighters' and 'rebels' , environmentalists and Independents and  'Reds' are the last 'stop-gap' between a people trying to survive basicly and conversely a 'runaway worldwide corporation' that will not stop until it kills, starves, rapes and Plunders the last proper social dignitary that has survived.

People need land ,  just as God gave us the ability to use the land and I submit to you that the necessary 'Road Map' to worldwide peace and Satisfaction involves a system to offer land-leases and food subsidies to 'small farmers in educated and incentivised groups'  While it  also 'Taxes Progressively' the Hogs whom are Stealing the Land and that are presently stealing the food and the Chiks .   I'm very Thankful to all the willing public administrators and i realize that no one wants to work for free (though many people are willing to work for food).  

Who else can see it clearly that stealing the food and the people from the 0thers is not fair, it is not proper, and it should be illegal ?  Thank you and please consider a 'road map to progress'.

The Inspiration continues to come from the Manila Bulletin and other Pinoy Newspapers in the country that i have dubbed 'more human than human'; the latest news pertaining to a controverial bill considering the  'sin tax'.  Perhaps i should better say 'more American than America', in my comparison to such problems and provisions in the USA, though here in Asia the personalities are even more historical or the positions more 'hereditary'.   From Saturday' Manila Bulletin-

Let me, TC says,  offer to you some info about US Congress in that the 'Cigarette Makers' are one of the largest 'trouble makers' back in the provinces ,  towns, and residential districts of USA; often sponsoring a sort of upscale and special privaledge prostitution of women, in my opinion, and they play themselves 'against the Lawyers' (as against the many lawyers whom are often trying to soak them) .  Some people there might hate the  Tobacco industry and yet like or need the 'balance' they pose against the local and national Lawyers and their clubs and the 'personal privaledge' and liberties some of them do take (and then their paranoid ass cover the lawyers take in the Universities) ; as the 'Tobacco People'  conversely employ some 'huge' Lawyers and lobbiests and local bars.  As for my own concern i have No vested interest in Tobacco nor Alcohol (Booze) and i have spoken in favor of Taxing them (even while they naturally oppose some specific lawyers in Tennessee whom have assaulted my own life personaly ).  To me it is not just about 'taking sides' though that is Too Often how polirtics works .     TC

Subsidy For Political Parties OK’d

MANILA, Philippines --- The House of Representatives has approved a bill granting state subsidy to national political parties and setting limits on voluntary contributions that they may receive from donors.

Voting 168 for and zero against, members of the Lower Chamber passed on third and final reading House Bill 6551, the Political Party Development Act of 2012, on Monday.
Cavite 4th District Representative Elpidio F. Barzaga Jr., chairman of the House Committee on Suffrage and Electoral Reforms, said HB 6551 seeks to institutionalize and strengthen political parties in the country by introducing reforms in campaign financing.
Barzaga co-authored the bill with Reps. Rufus Rodriguez (PMP, Cagayan de Oro City); Juan Edgardo Angara (LDP, Quezon); and Raymond Democrito Mendoza (TUCP Party-list).
He said the bill will provide an effective and transparent mechanism to level the playing field among candidates and political parties participating in national and local elections.

The bill was approved in the past by the Lower House when it was first introduced by former Speaker Jose de Venecia.

Authors of the measure agree that the bill will effectively reduce opportunities for graft and corruption.

That is a great and Amazing article about Ms Grace P  and it inspires me to commend the Pinoy people for zealous participation in public events.  From the photo on the front page of today's Manila Bulletin i say that Governor Padaca is a Cute looking lady and i bet she's a spitfire when the chips are down.  Hey ha; truly i mean no disrespect and i want to mention what a great opportunity you all have at the beginning of a renewed and vibrant economy in a country so good because you continue to have many babies and you have a broad array of people and natural resources that is not yet confiscated into just a few hands . 

In USA the Business of politics is so dirty, corrupt, and dangerous that the Only people involved are the few whom are running 'the machine', and some whom are rather young, idealistic and naive,  and then some whom are 'forced to Run for their lives'.  See the big contenders are not content with the just the meager salary of $175,000 per year (times 41=php= more than i have ever made in total of the past ten yrs)  but they must get someone to run against them so they can tap in to all the Big Corporate campaign finance and contributions from wealthy polluters and pimps. 

While some people of the Philippines have Never even been 'registered to vote' (due to their remote environment and lack of education) , The best response that many registered Americans have is to simply 'not vote' as a way to show their own dis-satisfaction.  And you just watch the count; less than 33% of the registered voters will vote in the 2012 election for US President, and that is a tally that should be rendered moot for non-participation of the populace.  

I admire your zeal in the Philippines and i ask you to not let all your resources be taken into just a few hands.

Pre- Nuptual Agreement

06 September 2012; Mindanao 

This paper is a pre- wedding- arrangement between myself, Mr William Tharon Chandler, and my proposed bride along with the family of Ms Maricel Dampasan.    Myself, William Tharon Chandler, age 44, being of sound mind and body and hailing originally from the central Tennessee region of USA, do plan to marry the maiden Ms Maricel Dampasan; 22yrs of age and from Delapa, Quezon, Bukidnon, with a wedding date planned for December 13 of 2012.  This would / will be the very first marriage for either party. 

A point of this agreement, to be signed by me and by the bride- to- be among other witnesses to this agreement, is that no unexpected transfer of any significant monies nor properties can take place without my own personal approval to include my written and verbal statements; not by the fact of my marriage to a spouse nor any unknown specter.  Further i will allow no other person to represent me in such matters.  I have Never willingly or knowingly or without undue force against me surrendered my own 'power of attorney' to anyone, nor would i ever in any matters of money nor lands, nor other properties.  I say this because i believe myself to be a victim of thieves in the USA, with regard to some such matters, and i would want to protect my wife from such undue exertion in every such matter. 

So, by this signed agreement, whatever is mine presently would remain mine regardless of my marital status (single, married, or divorced) and thereby my marriage will give no cause to anyone whom would secretly be willing to rob me or take anything from me by means of  physical force, legal prowess, and/ or due diligence.

Social Belittling Inside of Facebook

Fact:  Facebook is the largest social development in 1,000 years and some people are  using it to belittle others; from inside of the Administrative network.

It is true that the computer concept everyone now knows as 'facebook' is merely a computer program or software development that could be duplicated and called something else in a slightly different version; just as we previously had 'Atari' video games and 'coleco tennis' for home TV and we already have other options such as 'Yahoo Messenger' and freindster and many types of blogs and social networks online.  Yet the truth remains that 'Facebook' is the most Important thing that ever happened in the lives of many millions of youngsters; youngsters large and small, black brown and white.  And, if something goes wrong inside that programme or somehow a given individual cannot access 'their site' or somehow just theirs isn't working then it can cause a personal panic and it can cause depression and distress in that particular youth whether they deserved it or not.  Further this can be 'caused' from 'Inside' of facebook; caused either by 'neglect' of specific duties on the part of an admin or on purpose by someone purposely distorting photographs and 'Limiting' the access and freinding functions for a targeted individual, as might be done by others whom are simply trying to steal money from a kid or they have said or done something wrong in the education or legal administration of that persons life and they don't want it known to a larger social network.   

Did you ever wonder who might be inside of there (inside the online technical administration and 'site governance' of 'facebook' ?  Some business pros are still trying to figure out 'how' to make money via facebook and 'Whether' they will even be able to but anyway it is not just a magic mystery that is held together with 'hope' and love and 'likes' and pictures of others.  It is online and it requires administrators at various portals and we the public have not heard near as much about that part of it. 

It was Early in my presence on Facebook , just as an individual, that i realized someone in there is manipulating the few rare picture images i was able to 'upload'.  And then there was someone sending messages from inside that were 'Warning' me about freinding activity with 'strangers' ?  Who does that ?  And it seemed to intensify with whatever social network i was freinding 'In Real Life'.  So we know there are 'local administrators' whom might be 'jealous'.   Human traits are also human traits online.    I am open-minded about whom is a freind (online) so long as they ask me nicely and they are not involved in any look of violence, nor drugs, nor obvious nudity and Sex; online.  Truly some people have never been 'safer' than with the local awareness of their presence online.  And it never hurt a 'stranger' to make a few more freinds.  The fact is that some people are 'belittling' others 'in real life' and using them under financial and social 'advantage' and so they try and  'keep up the pressure', even online though it is much more difficult to do so and it can be traced to see who is causing it.  So stop causing it, if you are doing that.

my sister's husband ?

As i have never even mentioned it though it certainly needed to be discussed i am now willing to tell you some about the man my own sister married.  I guess you would care only in as much as a normal person would care for a stranger, and i Thank You for your consideration.  I had been living a normal average life, was in my late 20's and making good grades in graduate school and i was a manager for a successful landscape company in Germantown Tennessee.  Truly it was no fault of mine when my entire life then slid down the drain for some reason i could only guess.  The fact is that the development began a gradual and marked decline for my mother, my brother and myself in what i can recall as just one of the worst happenstance  that could  possibly have  happened, for me.  

I'm never jealous and i wouldn't have cared whom she married, only that she was my sister and i would have enjoyed a normal family.  We were always very normal; my brother and i were good freinds for 25 years though now we never even speak to each other.  He is two years younger and looks just like me; maybe better, but he has never had normal relations with any variety of others since that time.  You see the man my sister married is noted to be a part of a Mafia; his father built a business right beside the biggest known Italian garment maker in a rural road; a man known to have too much money for such a small , American town.  One or both the brothers of my sisters husband just loved the glamour and mistique of that tone for their life.  They have all three been through a Divorce, both his brothers and him before.  The man had two teen-age children when he married my young beautiful sister.  Though she and i were never too close my sister was as healthy as a Horse and had been a star basket-ball player in High School.   She could have had children by a pool of good men; a good pool before he and his mafia decided they could get her.  He had had a historectomy or was gelded and so they had complications for pregnancy.  She loves her children and they are sweet though they each have problems, and i never had a chance to know them.  We were all healthy and congenial, me and my siblings,  before they married and now we are all stunted in life.  They used my father's business wrongfully, also, he said.   

The worst part of that problem for me is that it seemingly never ends, not with me still alive and with any relationship outside their circle; (which is the only type of relationship i would ever seek).

The U.S. Supreme Court's chief justice arrived at the Mediterranean island of Malta on Tuesday, where he will be teaching a class for two weeks.

If anyone desperately needs an island getaway, it's Roberts.

Since casting the key vote to uphold President Barack Obama's health care law, he has been bombarded with fiery criticism from conservative politicians and pundits.

Speculation about why Roberts voted with the liberal side of the court reached a fever pitch on Sunday when CBS reported that Roberts had switched his vote.

Then on Tuesday, a Supreme Court source told Salon that Roberts actually wrote much of the dissent, as well as the majority opinion.

As some people have been very nice to me, at a time when i surely needed it; i'm going to tell you about them now.  I had thought i wouldn't do this; at least not until i had left them, again; but then that might be a while.  There would have to be a longer version, later, if i were to tell you a true glimpse of them, for i could never see it all and every day is something new.   

My discription could have been about California, or maybe Korea, or a part of China or Asia in general but my article today is about Mindanao; the large southern Island of the Philippines.  Among themselves they are called Pinoy (and pinay, for mujerin).  Like Mexico they are a remnant of Spanish domination, among natives;  from the time of the Armada.  And similar they have many beautiful women, here.  The men here, as islanders of a tropical paradise, are typicly heavier than the Mexican men, whom often had to live in a dessert environ.  

Here they do not suffer the crime of Mexico, nor nearly as much violence.  Pinoy boys will make fun of an Americano, a plenty, but i don't think they would ever hit one (though they could easily beat the snot out of one).   The men are all good with a machete, or large bolo knife.  As islanders they are good fishermen and they cultivate many crops from the ground, and some from the water.  The hartiest appetites enjoy raw fish (kinilaw) and that certainly includes women among them.  The men can build a typical island house in one afternoon, working together.   

Laundry is done by women using buckets and pails of water, and sachets of Tide and Ariel  laundry powder,  and they prefer this method in every class or economic household, so long as one of them has time in a busy schedule.  Here they have funny TV shows and lately have been watching the U.S. NBA finals; they watch it zealously, even more than a Pacquiou fight because the women here watch and route much for one team or the other.  Go Heat!!! (for Miami).   I don't think that the idea of 'Race' has too much meaning for though they are nationalistic (as in 'the pinoy pride'),  the fame of Taylor Swift cannot be over-stated here.  Tall skinney young white Taylor is the idol of a large percentage of young men and women here.  They listen to 'Air Supply' (top ten USA 1983), as if it were the national anthem and thus they are most of them quite sweet, in their heart.  The radio stations play love songs between zealous talk of the days news from Malacanang palace.  The President of Philippines often dates Grace Lee, of South Korean news TV.  

Now, the men of the province dread to see their young women go oversea to work in the Persian Gulf; though they wouldn't say it and they wouldn't yet stop then from going in droves ; the brightest and best leave even young children behind to work for a stranger, (and even sleep with one) overseas, because the money is dearly needed.   Mindanao is sort of like California in the 1960's with regard to sexual activity and the Health community here is ahead of that game also.  The young men of the province drive motorbike- tricycles and they dread to see the girls go off to college in the city, though they wouldn't say it, and this is where a contempt of foreigners comes in because it is intrusion into the dating game that is very old style in courtship.  The people are very respectable here with most girls never had sex before age 20.  Young women are delighted to go to college with their peers and they make good because the family fortune is riding on it.  Far more people graduate each year than could possibly be retiring, from the workforce.  

Prostitution is legal here, among adults and it sort of goes with social class.  Some girls do it so they can eat and can sleep indoors out of the rain.  There is a tribe called 'bajio' that were boat people.  Many people of many tribes live in 'squatter villiage' areas by the sea but badio lived on boats and have been displaced by commercial fishermen.  Some have a bad reputation because they are seen begging in groups with their typical different clothing and sores on the legs from walking the street.  but i tell you, some of their women are more beautiful than any other women on earth.  They have a tribal tatoo on the back, of impressive workmanship though i wouldn't know much about body art.  And a man with money can spend time with one of the young women.  Some of them are very sweet though some of them will grab money out of a hand if they can.  Young girls carry babies, a begging.  Some of the night clubs are a beautiful spectacle of humanity and is a way of life for women who live on cots in the same building where they dance nightly.  A little money here can get a man some good 'close - time' though i should keep my best secrets, for myself and for them.

 My copy of today's edition of the 'Manila Bulletin' (May 7, 2012) has a very interesting front page article about the Pinoy Election Authority in their wish to minimize the groups of "party list pretenders" as sectoral organizations that "do not actually represent the marginalized". To me this would be very important in attempts to really give honest election service to the populace and to the political 'party' representatives that actually and Importantly Do represent a portion of the 'marginalized', such as the poor whom truly Are Not being Actually represented in the General Elections; and where some very questionable groups are trying to 'split votes' and also to support primary opponents from a Different political party (improperly). This example (of attempted 'clean up') from the Philippines is very inspirational to me in causing me to write to You this morning about a horrible example of 'Election Fraud' that happened to me (a poor honest candidate in the USA) and was done by the Largest and most Powerful party officials and wealthiest Candidates of Missouri (in the 2008 primary / General Election). The happenstance defamed me profoundly, as it still does, and it is just one stark example from a myriad of abuse in the US Election system. All i had done wrong was to attempt to run for office in a place where some others have too much invested to allow honesty (seemingly). I can only hope you have a chance to read this email, that it is actually delivered amidst the hackers and intruders/ wrongful deletions of important material.

 The fact is that 'Big Roy Blunt', (and little Robbin Carnahan, of Missouri) could have had me accused of something wrong (falsely) and had me thrown in jail for the election season (perhaps a dank Missouri prison for a long time). That would have damaged my reputation and probably my health but then they did that very much to me anyway, thereafter. I was legally Qualified and 'paid up' to run in that race, I lived there in Springfield and was popular among progressive citizens there, and was campaigning with fervor and with a lot of grass roots capability. Then they simply deleted my name from the proceedings (from the list of candidates, online and in fact) while they put up a notice that i had been 'disqualified' (certainly a false and damaging statement). After that i suffered much physical, mental torture (more than ever, in life) and also loss of assets. She, 'Secretary Robin Carnahan of Missouri', perhaps did have one leg to stand on, in her wrongdoing, as The Election was still in the primary stage and the state election procedure allows 'cross voting'. {ie. It would have been a simpler 'win' for the Blunt Campaign to beat me in the General Election than it would have to beat the 'appointed' federal attorney running there then for the Democratic Nomination (7th Missouri Congressional District/ Springfield). The fact is that the people might have chosen me over the corrupt cronyism, attorney elitism, wealthy corporate greed, and cigarette manufacturers that included Roy Blunt, Russ Carnahan, Kitt Bond, and a local Sheriff.

 I didn't have anything against them, the political machine of Missouri and a former Fed Attorney previously appointed by Bill Clinton, but was simply trying to succeed in a system that was then obviously failing the People (and a Republican 'Whip' that then took our country in to an Unpopular War, in Iraq and Afghanistan); a US Election system that was failing to represent the Marginalized. They then ruined my political chances and my health and welfare was thereby put in Danger (and i certainly did suffer because of their acts). My only Option was to accuse them (of their obvious wrongdoing) and then Try to prove in a court of Law. Their point in fact was/ is that they are a lot bigger and Richer than me, plus they own the Missouri Court system. I could not have beeten Attorney General cum Governor 'Jay Nixon', (though i certainly could have beaten Roy Blunt in a fair Election.)} I say Let the Philippine 'Comelec' prevail; and let something so worthy in the USA give a chance to real candidates and not just the incumbent 'Pretenders'. peace
