Friends few states are lucky enough to have had a public servant such as Senator Lamar Alexander , in view of partisan politics and a ´rotating Representative government´ as it was designed by the historical framers of our US Constitution and such history is taken very seriously by the curators of our government in Tennessee.  Notwithstanding the fact, as i believe myself, that Mr Alexander was USED just a bit too long as of the election in 2014.  He had served his time and it is a fault of the People of Tennessee and certainly the Tennessee government that someone had not been trained up , special enough, to have unselfishly run to win that seat from him ,  retiring him galantly from the feild of service rather than becomming so obvious a specter in the need for reform, in the need of Term Limits, and in the need for fair and honest Elections in Tennesee.  ¿ Fair and Honest, in Tennessee?  Let me ask you another question .

What if the former ´Secretary of State´ (as of the time when ´Lamar´was walking the byways and running to be the 45th Governor of Tennessee, and more importantly the´news men´ of the day were constantly trying to skewer his reputation , his identity , and his viability as a candidate by Always calling him  Ándrew´, in the public Press? (against his natural inclination and the way he had been known of by his oldest freinds)?   Would someone try and get in the way of that lad and tell him ´NO´, that his name is legally Ándrew ´and so they will hound him and confuse others about the race ?

My situation is one where i did well enough to survive with what i had (against just a bit of persecution from the local powers and some belittling from people far and away in Advantage of myself) and yet when i started doing some important things then some persons wanted ´to give the credit´ to someone else.  I´m afraid that Ms Marsha Blackburn NEEDS an opponent (for the 7th district of TN) but that She would prefer it be a Rich man from Memphis named ´William´ (so they could all just share the Secret proceeds together, among old freinds).  There is much, much more against ´fairness and honestly´ than i can point to right now but i understand what our government was designed to be and the dire, dire need of a good and honest candidate coming up in Tennessee .

Is Marsha Blackburn Fair and Honest?

Well now as it is time for me to try and live instead of Die (at the hands or the decisions of cruel Republicans in USA) I choose to Run for public office in a district of TN and so then I will face a choice of content or strategy against the opponent , incumbent and in this case my top opponent will be Representative Marsha Blackburn.  Do I know anything really bad or dirty about her personally?  My answer to that question would be that I choose to focus on Policy , much more than on personality, with regard to political contests though here I must say that she has  a large  Advantage personally based on questionable (and cruel) political tactics. 

The ilk of Marsha Blackburn use cruel tactics such as Gerrymandering, partition of the districts to her electoral advantage and that of the wealthy against the poor minorities (against poor persons of color whom together would comprise an obvious majority of voters in the District).

In the Race for the 7th district I can't promise you as to what I could do if elected to office though I promise you we will resist the Unfair Advantage of wealthy and cruel republicans.  We will fight for fairness in a US 'Social Security' system that does not belong to them.  We will seek fairness in Agriculture opportunities and farm business for all types or people and all size of investment for the poor and unemployed.  And we will seek fairness in the electoral process for our candidates to be listed properly on the ballots and our votes to be counted properly in the elections .

Friends i thank you for reading, when you do and today i have to ask myself,  'did i just walk away selfishly' in an Education program where i spent One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) of Federal Student Loan money in the late 1990's ?  That's 100 Thousand that i borrowed and spent myself, it is still due and owed by me to the federal student loan program; and i could have used that opportunity for so many different things.   Was it the fault of 'the black people' down in Memphis, that i was not let to finish the objective? ?  Was it the fault of the Ku Klux Klan ?  I need to say it because Memphis City was the obvious place to use my credential (and the only district in Tennessee i would have ever planned to work in Education).  And now the whole economy and market for jobs is gone down to the pit.

 

The MAT 'Program' at Memphis recruited me in, during the mid 1990's (with the objective of my teaching for some years at an inner Memphis school).  I was capable, provenly so, and I would have loved it; to make the money also.  I begged them at many times to let me start already; besides just substitute teaching, of which i was very good, but that is professionally dangerous and like working hard rather than smart.  Now, not only did i get all mangled up in my career quest but some other white teachers, willing to be qualified and work in Memphis schools, as recruited were MURDERED at proximity to Memphis, and in the end i must tell you that it was the fault of None other than Mr Vance Rugaard, of TN Dept. of Education along with some senior Members of the Memphis Education faculty because they were in the position of 'needing grad students' to fund their program but then they were not able to oversome the 'Black on white Racism' of the people getting paid to watch those class-rooms (UNQualified).    

 

The real trick in the end was to get that state license (and i had earned it even in amid much hostility from  my old home front, hostility comming toward the administration at various levels, and a teacher who came here knew about that).  It was Mr John wilde and his wife.  He was willing to try to go against the corruption and i wonder if he is still alive ?   I went to Nashville many times to get license, that i had earned and paid for (except for the deadly roadblocks near the end).   Does it ammount to Dangerous black racism and could that have been alleviated (and lives spared) by Mr Vance Rugaard ?   That was all 17 years ago but still they committed negligence that costs me and killed my freinds.  Was it the fault of Steve Cohen ?  I hope that each of those tagged here can get a chance to read this though certainly some are freind and some are foe.

Freinds, just as we now Demand that Everyone have 'The Right to Vote'  in our country now, (the Most important concept in the debate about 'racism') the same concept must hold true with regard of any/ every willing Candidate to be legally and properly listed on the election ballot (as they so desire and that they be identified properly there, as they desire).   In this quest for my own candidacy in 2016, specificly; i must offer an example from 2008 in Missouri, or,  'The time I ran against Roy Blunt'.   Our country is in a crises of election integrity even as some continue 'as if' normal.

 

Freinds, in my educated opinion, senator Roy Blunt stands on the shoulders of corrupt Lobbyists to include 'The Nation of Isreal' and the U.S. Tobacco giants / killers to include Phillip Morris Corp.  Further they are involved in 'Trade Deals' to solidify this mass murder and i know Two Sheriff's were mudered there in Missouri, when i lived there in 2007/ 2008.  Then, when i tried to stand Up for my country in the best and only way i could , by being listed as a Candidate (and a man for All People , there).   They took my money at the 'qualification event' for the Democrat Primary (at Jefferson City in early 2008) , strung me along in the proceedings and then they (Roy Blunt and secretary Robin Carnahan) promptly erased all mention of my qualification and my valid candidacy, months in anticipation.  Further they Lied and Slandered me down in the press records , falsely and need i remind you of the Two Dead Sheriffs killed at odds with them in 2007/ 08; and recently state auditor Tom Shweik; etc.  Freinds Roy Blunt is a dangerous killer (in effects whether without proof) and i must compete for my very life in attempts to gain any semblance of fairness and integrity and it really isn't about 'a state flag', anywhere ; it is about the Integrity of elections and inclusion of those willing help our country / those outside of just the weell fed Lobbyist Elites.

 

Freinds we are each in consideration of the history and the future of our beloved country and i know that the integrity of our future depends upon the integrity of, and access to our ballots and in people cooperating as they are , without pretention , without slander , and without being listed under the name of a rich man with a similar name; simply so big wigs such as Marsha Blackburn can raise and spend money from the Cigarette Tobacco Lobby , the Nation Isreal , and other killers .   My Name is known as 'Tharon Chandler' and begging the pardon of that rich man in Memphis named  'William Chandler', and my own father of a similar name; i am the only one running my campaign and i would hope that they wouldn't want to be me or to pretend they are any part of the same business (though i know i can never recover all that has been taken from me under the law as it has been).

The Oligarchy government of 2015 USA is UnConstitutional, Unfair, Cruel and unsustainable; as the credit bubbles grown larger (Insider $peculation unchekd)  , the poverty deeper and increasing numbers of new foreign bodies landing on our shores; yet here is no new planning nor strategies in effect at the street level and the country is being bought out from under the native inhabitants by a few world wealthy; Jewish, Korean, Pot Farmers, Big Agri-business and Chinese.  Iraqi's now have most of the US Cab-Driver jobs.  Why are so many people (black and/ or white tribe people) destitute on the sidewalk; not only on the 20th day and 30 days per month but also on the second or third when any civilized nation would have made some sort of preparations for releif ??????  I'm Not simply a Marxist and I'm not just  'all - set', as some lie and say about Me. Never before have any sovereign people stood for such theft of the Land, Arrogantly High Prices in the supermarkets, abuse of the poor and misappropriation of authority and it is similar in circumstances to the beginning of every large War (WW 1 & II), the Spanish Civil War, The Mexican War for Independence and the Viet Nam War.  Further, No Matter of 'Gender Equality' nor striving for Racial Equality will help the problem economic,  (a rotten banana cannot be enjoyed by dividing the portions differently).  It is a matter of 'Organized Crime' against the middle classes of USA and Europe, and it is being fomented toward  Asia (Philippines, Kampuchea, Thailand); though their leaders have a much more Active Democracy, with regard to reform (or in their desire to reform their Elections  for the benefit of their people.  Is it a matter of 'homegeniety'?

Mr Barak Obama wants to Teach Law?  (when he gets finished with what he is doing now) ?  Freind he needs to Start NOW via teaching the 'Glass-Steagall Act' of 1932, which became the 1933 Banking Act and he needs to observe the RICO Laws (1970 - 72) as modern Wall Street banking is nothing less than organized Crime against a Majority of people and seemingly the culprits cannot understand what it is doing to their fellow black and white countrymen.  They could have a slicker strategy if they could get thousands of unfortunate homeless (visibly) off the streets of great cities such as San Diego, Los Angeles, Albany, New Haven, Denver, Boise, and Nashville .  Do you imagine those people are simply fools?  I respect their rights to stay.

Freind do you imagine that those many people laid out on the sidewalks of too many cities such as Little Rock, Phoenix, and Portland are just 'born crazy' or else simply addicted to dangerous illegal Drugs?  That they wouldn't like to get up and go home if they had any such thing?  That they wouldn't store their bags properly in a 'small fee locker', sometimes; instead of piling up with two back-packs or a push cart of all their worldly posesions; some grey blankets, teddy bears, and bottles of pee on the sidewalk of San Diego? 

The 'First Gulf War '

The First 'Gulf War' (1991); When did it end ? 
A Report from Mr W T Chandler on 29 May of 2015 .

Friends, I, Tharon Chandler as a Veteran and as a 'War Time service Veteran' of the 'First Gulf War', (1991), will write about some parameters from that vantage point,  as I am reading a very thoughtful and concise 'guide' for veterans; titled 'Cal-Vet'.  First let me say that the technical jargon (in layman's terms) tends to want to 'weed out' more beneficiaries than it includes; though perhaps that is proper with regard to the specific human classification, and I offer my own info only as a man whom is educated enough to write about it and who certainly can be included within the confusion about 'whom is eligible for Veterans Benefits'.  And nextly, on this, let me say that any normal person in need would be better served by any local benefit system for the public (or truly better by any local system that was operating under an open market and not a planned economy) ; an economy not ruined by the speculation and belittling and profit taking inherent of the USA .   After all, what more could one gain by being included as a VA beneficiary; what more than a dorm room among injured veterans and a small pay no larger than SSD with SSI ?  The book (compliments of Gov Gerry Brown) lists many things but perhaps I am not eligible.  What do I remember ?  I know that my 'active duty' service was a span from February 12 of 1991 to November 25 of 1991 (9 months active) and that my DD214 reflects that as well as the status denoted as 'Honorable Discharge' (according to a Command Major Susan Meyer).  I know I served at Ft Sill Oklahoma and in Vilseck, West Germany, while on active duty status (classified as in 'War time' as best I can determine). 

Some questions remain about the 'time-span' of the 'First Gulf War' and then certainly about a cluster of symptoms known as 'gulf war syndrome' and to deal with the latter thought firstly I, a man known as Tharon Chandler will say, that the problem persists not so specificly to men as had served in the specific theatre (denoted as 'south-west Asia') but by all men whom received such 'innoculations' or 'Army shots' while going through 'Basic Training' at the exciting time leading up to combat (Desert Sheild and then Desert Storm) and by the men whom interacted with Soldiers returning from that denoted Theatre.  And by those parameters I, Tharon Chandler, am without a doubt a 'war-time Veteran' and I had or still do now suffer from 'gulf war syndrome' .  Many people know this about me (though everyone wants to just be normal, and not have been injured) and many people imagine or presume I myself must be in receipt of Veterans benefits or they presume I am still in the Army .  Others hint that someone has 'stolen my benefit' and/ or my 'medical POA (power of attorney)'  and perhaps other such benefits and that the culprit is my own younger brother (influenced by a powerful and corrupt catholic mafia, in secret).  Can I , myself, Mr Wm Tharon Chandler overcome such a terrible fate ?  My friend I must .

I, Tharon Chandler from Lawrenceburg, myself recall I signed the contract at Memphis, on 17 January of 1991 (recruited by a Sergeant named Brummond, I believe) and was flown to Oklahoma on February 12.  I recall that we, soldiers in basic training received many special  'vaccinations' and that we later  had an episode of severe sickness with cough, effecting every man in those barracks at Ft Sill and that every man then had to take additional cures on location.  Though in a 'controlled environment' at Ft Sill we had access to news and reports (in addition to our special war-time training {in the 13 MOS series}) and the first we heard that the USA was winning inevitably was in early May, of 1991 (as we were scheduled to graduate on May 23 after 15 weeks of special and intense training). 

I, Mr William Th Chandler, the author of this entire note, graduated with high scores on 23 May of 1991 and, after 2 weeks leave, was flown to a duty station at Rein Main airbase in Frankfurt, Germany (along with some friends from basic) and then I was parceled out to Bavaria (where I served with a USA  platoon just returning from OPERATION DESERT SHEILD / Storm), and I served there through the summer, (and I had a Girlfreind from Ost Deuthcheland), and then I managed somehow to get myself released from active duty, and to return to USA for the time of 'Thanksgiving', via Ft Dix on November 25 (amid a lot of 'draw-down' among the US Army numbers and amid many problems and complaints, among the soldiers there, about 'gulf war syndrome').  Thanks or no Thanks .

     Other developing countries in this world do not treat their own people so poorly, as sometimes happens in the USA, and some other bountiful countries do look toward 'agrarian reform' as a part of their needful 'economic reform'. Too many persons in Tenessee, and/ or 'the Old South', look at any proposed policy in terms of 'what it gives away to the "minority"; and thus too many poor whites and others living 'under the poverty line' must miss out on good potential reforms such as a new chance to Farm their own Land. Every citizen deserves a chance to own a home and a chance to farm the land. The typical problems that have ruined opportunities for family farmers in the USA have historicly  included  'local bank interests', corporate interest in world or international commodities markets, and some secret 'world view' schemes that might imagine they can 'best allocate' the airable land for the 'proper' crop cycles.


To look at the first example of 'agrarian reform' in the USA (but certainly not the first in the world)  it did include a racial element as it also does now in western Tennessee. From encyclopedia online : {40 acres and a mule refers to the short-lived policy, during the last stages of the American Civil War in 1865, of providing arable land to black former slaves who had become free as a result of the advance of the Union armies into the territory previously controlled by the Confederacy, particularly after Major General's William Tecumseh Sherman's "March to the Sea." General Sherman's Special Field Orders, No. 15,^[1] issued on January 16, 1865, provided for the land, while some of its beneficiaries also received mules from the Army, for use in plowing.^[2] Forty acres (16 hectares) is a standard size for a rural family plot, being a sixteenth of a section (square mile), or a quarter quarter-section, under the Public Land Survey System used on land settled after 1785. The combination of a 40 acre plot and a mule was widely recognized as providing a sound start for a family farm}. Now the chance to farm in Tennessee does include a good proportion of black persons living in west TN.


Any good person and every unemployed person and anyone living 'below the poverty line' (= $ 22,050 per anum for a family of 4) in Tennessee and elsewhere in the USA Deserves a chance to farm for a living and by this I mean to say 'subsistence farming' or the means to provide sustenence for family survival and to have a bit left over for the common market. Not withstanding the polution and collusion and the usury and other negative effects of 'big Agribusiness' and corporate ownership of farm markets; Local farming provides much more diversity in potential crop yields and better potential 'freshness'; and usually a common place to keep funds more so 'local'.

Now, it is my contention as a candidate for the US House from Tennessee [Iowa]  that in Western tennessee their is a plenty of 'airable land', that can be good selection for 'subsistance'  type farming, and that is currently Not being used at any 'higher potential' value with regard to the 'common good' in...  um ,  Iowa .

If any man seeks public office then a statement of 'The Budget' is of most importance . I am so Thankful to your Courtesy in reading and thankful to the Lord Jesus that I could help anyone and have a friend, anywhere; and outside of any official capacity . Though I did not initially seek public office nor any high status I will note that I had a good disposition for it, from the beginning; my being honest and well-spoken, a good reader from a young age and that, some others have tried to force me and some have tried to stop and some others have simply encouraged me in the right direction; as with a need to public service and political awareness . Certainly some have robbed me and in later years some people keep trying to pretend they are me, or that they are with me or helping me in some undisclosed way . I myself now have been living in the Republic of Filipines for 3 years and have travelled and have , (perhaps for the first time), been very much involved in giving ('charity') money to others and in buying gifts from local markets as to give to young mothers of hungry children; upon their mutual Request. Certainly I deem some of my spending here as 'an Investment' though much more of it has been given away to the poor in ways that I never intended to recover, anything from it. As the Bible says that 'The Lord loves a cheerful giver' I assure you that I do not begrudge it and though I could never take it back I think it only prudent that I now make a 'statement of accounts' as to some of the places and perhaps the people to whom I have given . Such is important in realms where sometimes some people have helped me and where some others are always trying 'to take' some kind of money from me, unseen, as well as they pretend they are somehow 'responsible' for me or my living conditions . I am of sound mind and financially prudent body and my financial giving is similar to the following account I type and print as follows . To :

Bilawan Baptist Church , of Mati ; davao Oriental, in 2011 I gave amounts in pesos Php

50, 20 , 200, 100 , and 30 - for a total of 400 pesos Php,  and to the Family of the Caretaker there I Gave 200 , 200, 50 and 20 for a total of 470 ; along with many gifts of food to that community . And To Edwardo Tamala, a deacon there, I gave 30 , 200 , and 500 or 730 pesos Php . This amount is not 'all-inclusive' of my giving there and my charity to them far exceeds any claim they might have to my time, my money, and my life . I gave 200 also to the friend of Cesar de Guzman .

I am thankful to any of them that did help me in times of slack and I'm Thankful that my conscience is clear; i do not owe them any more . Praise the Lord .

This statement includes persons I met in 2011 and any relation or obligation to these of mention had ended in 2011 and in no way includes my ample giving to others in 2012 nor 2013 . I am always glad to help and always glad to have a True friend . peace

     In order to better protect myself, my father and his property, in any regard to myself, and in order to better protect my own future, my reproductive rights and to have better life chances in the wake of my paternal Grandfather; (Mr Nelson Chandler, of Lawrenceburg Tennessee) and his Beloved wife , my Grandmother (Ms Ruby Smith Chandler; d.2006), I will file this lawsuit as 'against' the estate of Nelson naming also as co-defendants or executors of his estate being Wm Parks (Pete) Chandler and Morris (Bud) Chandler and also Joyce Chandler Johnson, of Lawrenceburg; this lawsuit against them to be filed by me with the state of Tennessee and the courts of Lawrence County, using a licensed attorney of name and firm to be disclosed later .

     I myself am the eldest grandson of Nelson Chandler (d 2011), of those having the sir-name "Chandler", here, and i have never asked nor received any funds, lands , nor even much news about his estate. As i plan to live for at least another 30 years, as a remnant of his life and his estate, I will ask $350,000 as a sum befitting the eldest grandson of a family that will leave no heir to carry that name (of this clan); none if i nor my younger brother nor some few adult male cousins ever do have children by that name and blood-line .

     I do not necessarily begrudge any whom may have rushed to 'usurp' such monies though i believe the fact has put my own safety and succes in much jeopardy, at many times without my knowing it. Further, some decisions of my own father (one Pete Chandler) have previously put me to much defame and inconvenience (in my opinion) that it is befitting he be named as a co-defendant, and it leaves me no recourse now save legal attempts. This statement of lawsuit is merely a prudent thing to do though i feel some threat of risk, to my self and safety, in trying it .

     As i said, it is no personal begrudgement to any persons listed here, at this point, but is simply an attempt to protect my future and have better chances from a due course of events, with regard to a man whom had said he was "The First Local Employee" of Murray Ohio manufacturing, as to when 'their office' came down from Cleveland Ohio (he himself their driver in his own local 'taxi-cab' business). And Ruby, the dear sweet deaconess of her church and chef of a daycare center for 30 years; cut down in the prime of life by a strange trafic assault against the couple, near the turn of the century . May she Rest in Peace .

     I will list a group of witnesses and family members to receive a copy of this letter . Your concern is appreciated .

Now, in the wake of the Historic vote of the 2012 presidential election cycle, i see at least two significant 'Deaths' and they are necessarily well publisized . Though the Gentlemen i mention each were old at the time of their death (88 and 75 years of age, respectively as to what i heard) i cannot help but wonder about the possible 'convenience to others' at juxtaposition to the matter and whether or about whom 'a possible instance of obvious "misinformation" ' would obviously benefit in politics and social gain . A timely death for Senator Inoye and Judge Bork ? Timely for whom ?

Certainly i believe that some 'Deaths' are staged or faked in order to protect the supposed 'Victim' or distinguished Citizen ; (such as a Witness Protection Program), and that some people would be a lot more free to enjoy some different things if they did not have to carry the 'baggage' from their former career . So a supposed death, however unfortunate for others, might be beneficial to some people and even to the decedent. Of course the death might be completely normal and natural, in the case of those questionable deaths, as far as we the public would know. Alternatively it might be absuredly horrible for the victim and their benefactors; a prolonged sufferring, maybe an improper slander, and possibly a premature end to a system of work and progress for addressing their own goals and those of significant others. In the case of former state representative from Tennessee, Mr Keith Westmoreland, the questionability of his 'stature' came on quickly or was only recently under fire in the public press and then his profile in the public Press was Very Bad for a short time. It was obviously harrowing , damaging, and ended in a way that he himself would probably not prefer. Interestingly it came right at the time of a 'Changing of The Guard', in Tennessee; the Time that Phil Bredesen Became Governor and Tre Hargett would soon become secretary of state. Did they like Bro Westmoreland and the power structure that kept him in position?

As reality goes, representative Westmoreland, being a seasoned Tennessee politician was probably not any sort of 'innocent man'; being a long serving member of the state house as a ranking member of important lobbies and comittees. Probably he was engaged in some questionable perks whether it was ever as bad or he was as stiupid as it started to be in the Press. In some such slander Hardball cases the mean people want to make the suppossed 'Charge' sound so frightening that the matter of guilt is beside the point (sexual perversion with minors involved), so that it is supposedly so difficult that the respectable family is crushed by public noise of the alegations . Or they make it about a matter of 'mental health' that most of the Public cannot understand, really . Drugs ? i don't doubt that there are more crazy drugs available to the elite (and some questionable prescriptions to children), more than ever before; though i certainly do not participate in any of that .

How bout Bork ? Did the Republicans need him earlier and then find that it was getting way too expensive to get an attractive date for him, for the evening ?

Senator Inoye ? Had he made some potentially embarrasing mistakes in a prestigious looking career ? Did he want to ,alternatively, have a lot better time before he 'retired' in the public view? A changing of the guard ?

How bout all the other little people who never even had a chance yet are intelligent and are in the mind of bad bad sinners in political power ? humm ? how bout us ? Will I myself at age 40 something end up like Rep Westmoreland but 'Before' ever having a career ? May they rest in peace .

    In Nashville, there are even more accusations of indecent exposure against Rep. Keith Westmoreland, (R) Kingsport.  Wednesday, at a 5 p.m. press conference, Metro police spokesman Don Aaron said that in a review of cases by the sex crimes unit it appears that Westmoreland is a suspect in another indecent exposure case.  Westmoreland was arrested last week in Florida on seven felony charges that he exposed himself at a hotel in Sandestin.
On Monday, NewsChannel 5 revealed that Metro police warned Westmoreland in March after witnesses said Westmoreland exposed himself to a motel located across from his Nashville apartment.

American Homeless

American homeless Shelters ? A conflict of terms.

Maybe it is not the fault of the U.S. housing authority if I myself cannot find a young woman to bring here unto my mother's house, in Tenessee; for an occassional visit and possibly some love and marriage . Yet a man should have an other option . A good-looking healthy young man (45 yr old) such as myself should have the option to go out and find Employment , a female to love, and yes even a place to live but too many a native man has not this option because the resources have been taken by foreigners and thugs . In this message i want to share with you (1st draft only so far) information about the many bad homeless shelters across the USA that are rendered useless to a Native American, even while Billions of dollars in US Subsidy go out to 'human services' and even to cover rental units taken by foreigners.

Now, i happen to like 'foreigners' or i like dating all kinds of women, though i guess many others do also including wealthy Tenament Owners in Every State and especially san Fransisco. It is not just any 'foreigners' that usually mess the place up for me, but thugs whom have been living there for years and are maybe even on the payrol, in places such as santa maria and San Luis obispo California. Nashville is one of the worst in the Country, even though it is said that 'Vandy' is involved, there.

Though many persons working for a homeless shelter might be honest and helpful there is always one that is a lier, one to poison the food, and one that wants to fist-fight me for some reason. Still the worst is housing units being taken by foreigners, in the USA, and further their rent too often is Paid By The US Government .

The Prince and the Pauper

In this article i want to 'Appoligize' to a man for any inconvenience to him in the fact that we share a similar name; (though i have met him Only once in my life, in Memphis TN, and likely will never meet with him again).  Let me say that it was a pleasure to meet with Mr Tayloe Chandler there at his office, (after i had called to make an appointment from my dorm-room at Memphis State university, in what must have been Spring of 1997 ).  Mid-town Memphis was a place  where he had a big building and a nice looking secretary, as I then found out for the first time in my life.   He was living in the lap of luxury.

In Memphis such luxury often comes with much arrogance as the social stratification dates back to the early slavery times and the World cotton market of Memphis.  He seemed nice enough and not too arrogant ; really .  It certainly was not my intention to point to any difference but to try and ease any concern, in my purpose for going to meet him.  Mr Wm Tayloe Chandler had been lucky in Memphis and in whatever his endeavors while i myself ;  Mr Wm Tharon Chandler from middle Tennessee, rather , was just beginning a long uphill struggle in what has been a deprived possibilty faced with my Good Attitude and yet is now soon turning dangerous for me .   Are we actually related , he and I ???

I'd say that he and i are only distantly related, (though we have a very similar name and maybe even look sort of similar) and that i Never wanted to be him and i have Always tried to make the difference Obvious in any matter ; in every matter of Identity and signature and wherewithal.  I have Never wanted to Pretend anything and have been proud enough of what the Good Lord Jesus Christ had given me,  from the Beginning,  though now that body and mind is being 'torn-down' by a terrible Mafia .  Do i blame him ?  Not that i know of .  Do i ask him for anything ?  Only to accept my apology and to ease his mind and his force if he has any plans against me .

On this day here, November 30 of 2012, they say that the now re-elected President will 'get back to work' with the new Congress , in Washington DC (though really not as much as planned for mid-January of 2013 here, i'm sure) . Even as so many opinions run hot about the problems here today and opportunities for the future of USA here now some people still ask for my own opinion or are maybe willing to consider what I say about it .

TC says : In my life and time i was Always willing to point to the possible 'solutions' for so many problems of the Environment and the U.S. Economy and that was included in many formal Education discussions; even while others could only 'reiterate' the Problems. today i too simply re-state the many problems of USA , here now , because i am not elected to Congress as Are those whom could and should be me more willing to help the masses of people here and elsewhere (even though i had tried and ran for congress, previously; and I probably will again someday) . Today some people can make a change and i will yet simply point to the change that is Needed .


In the United states right-now there are Many, many Homeless Natives ; some people who try to sleep in the bus station ; some young poor mothers carrying small babies as they sometimes beg for food. we have 'warehouses' full of young and almost healthy people whom are 'being used' by the people profiting from the homeless native population ; even while our president invites many more 'foreigners' to come here and work now and next year. I myself happen to like' foreigners' and especially all types of women but do You know how that the Other Countries Will not Allow Foreigners to come there ; foreigners like me and maybe you are not Allowed to come there and get 'Employment' and We are Not allowed to come there and Seek a Wife from among them . Not in the hearts, minds , and lands of others countries even though many of their people certainly do come here and work jobs , etc .

The USA needs to regain an actual 'Market' as other countries still have; instead of a propped- up giveaway to the wealthy and to the attractive of Other Countries . USA has high prices of everything due to 'insider trading' among the privaledged .
