Pinoy

As some people have been very nice to me, at a time when i surely needed it; i'm going to tell you about them now.  I had thought i wouldn't do this; at least not until i had left them, again; but then that might be a while.  There would have to be a longer version, later, if i were to tell you a true glimpse of them, for i could never see it all and every day is something new.

My discription could have been about California, or maybe Korea, or a part of China or Asia in general but my article today is about Mindanao; the large southern Island of the Philippines.  Among themselves they are called Pinoy (and pinay, for mujerin).  Like Mexico they are a remnant of Spanish domination, among natives;  from the time of the Armada.  And similar they have many beautiful women, here.  The men here, as islanders of a tropical paradise, are typicly heavier than the Mexican men, whom often had to live in a dessert environ.

Here they do not suffer the crime of Mexico, nor nearly as much violence.  Pinoy boys will make fun of an Americano, a plenty, but i don't think they would ever hit one (though they could easily beat the snot out of one).   The men are all good with a machete, or large bolo knife.  As islanders they are good fishermen and they cultivate many crops from the ground, and some from the water.  The hartiest appetites enjoy raw fish (kinilaw) and that certainly includes women among them.  The men can build a typical island house in one afternoon, working together.

Laundry is done by women using buckets and pails of water, and sachets of Tide and Ariel  laundry powder,  and they prefer this method in every class or economic household, so long as one of them has time in a busy schedule.  Here they have funny TV shows and lately have been watching the U.S. NBA finals; they watch it zealously, even more than a Pacquiou fight because the women here watch and route much for one team or the other.  Go Heat!!! (for Miami).   I don't think that the idea of 'Race' has too much meaning for though they are nationalistic (as in 'the pinoy pride'),  the fame of Taylor Swift cannot be over-stated here.  Tall skinney young white Taylor is the idol of a large percentage of young men and women here.  They listen to 'Air Supply' (top ten USA 1983), as if it were the national anthem and thus they are most of them quite sweet, in their heart.  The radio stations play love songs between zealous talk of the days news from Malacanang palace.  The President of Philippines often dates Grace Lee, of South Korean news TV.

Now, the men of the province dread to see their young women go oversea to work in the Persian Gulf; though they wouldn't say it and they wouldn't yet stop then from going in droves ; the brightest and best leave even young children behind to work for a stranger, (and even sleep with one) overseas, because the money is dearly needed.   Mindanao is sort of like California in the 1960's with regard to sexual activity and the Health community here is ahead of that game also.  The young men of the province drive motorbike- tricycles and they dread to see the girls go off to college in the city, though they wouldn't say it, and this is where a contempt of foreigners comes in because it is intrusion into the dating game that is very old style in courtship.  The people are very respectable here with most girls never had sex before age 20.  Young women are delighted to go to college with their peers and they make good because the family fortune is riding on it.  Far more people graduate each year than could possibly be retiring, from the workforce.

Prostitution is legal here, among adults and it sort of goes with social class.  Some girls do it so they can eat and can sleep indoors out of the rain.  There is a tribe called 'bajio' that were boat people.  Many people of many tribes live in 'squatter villiage' areas by the sea but badio lived on boats and have been displaced by commercial fishermen.  Some have a bad reputation because they are seen begging in groups with their typical different clothing and sores on the legs from walking the street.  but i tell you, some of their women are more beautiful than any other women on earth.  They have a tribal tatoo on the back, of impressive workmanship though i wouldn't know much about body art.  And a man with money can spend time with one of the young women.  Some of them are very sweet though some of them will grab money out of a hand if they can.  Young girls carry babies, a begging.  Some of the night clubs are a beautiful spectacle of humanity and is a way of life for women who live on cots in the same building where they dance nightly.  A little money here can get a man some good 'close - time' though i should keep my best secrets, for myself and for them.

Comelec is Spam ?

to bulletin, info, Kleinheider, koinonia, editor, editor, editors, pr_sports, provost, prison, programs1, thepeople, david.e.lewis, bcc: pr_news, bcc: witherell, bcc: Tharon,

My copy of today's edition of the 'Manila Bulletin' (May 7, 2012) has a very interesting front page article about the Pinoy Election Authority in their wish to minimize the groups of "party list pretenders" as sectoral organizations that "do not actually represent the marginalized". To me this would be very important in attempts to really give honest election service to the populace and to the political 'party' representatives that actually and Importantly Do represent a portion of the 'marginalized', such as the poor whom truly Are Not being Actually represented in the General Elections; and where some very questionable groups are trying to 'split votes' and also to support primary opponents from a Different political party (improperly). This example (of attempted 'clean up') from the Philippines is very inspirational to me in causing me to write to You this morning about a horrible example of 'Election Fraud' that happened to me (a poor honest candidate in the USA) and was done by the Largest and most Powerful party officials and wealthiest Candidates of Missouri (in the 2008 primary / General Election). The happenstance defamed me profoundly, as it still does, and it is just one stark example from a myriad of abuse in the US Election system. All i had done wrong was to attempt to run for office in a place where some others have too much invested to allow honesty (seemingly). I can only hope you have a chance to read this email, that it is actually delivered amidst the hackers and intruders/ wrongful deletions of important material.

The fact is that 'Big Roy Blunt', (and little Robbin Carnahan, of Missouri) could have had me accused of something wrong (falsely) and had me thrown in jail for the election season (perhaps a dank Missouri prison for a long time). That would have damaged my reputation and probably my health but then they did that very much to me anyway, thereafter. I was legally Qualified and 'paid up' to run in that race, I lived there in Springfield and was popular among progressive citizens there, and was campaigning with fervor and with a lot of grass roots capability. Then they simply deleted my name from the proceedings (from the list of candidates, online and in fact) while they put up a notice that i had been 'disqualified' (certainly a false and damaging statement). After that i suffered much physical, mental torture (more than ever, in life) and also loss of assets. She, 'Secretary Robin Carnahan of Missouri', perhaps did have one leg to stand on, in her wrongdoing, as The Election was still in the primary stage and the state election procedure allows 'cross voting'. {ie. It would have been a simpler 'win' for the Blunt Campaign to beat me in the General Election than it would have to beat the 'appointed' federal attorney running there then for the Democratic Nomination (7th Missouri Congressional District/ Springfield). The fact is that the people might have chosen me over the corrupt cronyism, attorney elitism, wealthy corporate greed, and cigarette manufacturers that included Roy Blunt, Russ Carnahan, Kitt Bond, and a local Sheriff.

I didn't have anything against them, the political machine of Missouri and a former Fed Attorney previously appointed by Bill Clinton, but was simply trying to succeed in a system that was then obviously failing the People (and a Republican 'Whip' that then took our country in to an Unpopular War, in Iraq and Afghanistan); a US Election system that was failing to represent the Marginalized. They then ruined my political chances and my health and welfare was thereby put in Danger (and i certainly did suffer because of their acts). My only Option was to accuse them (of their obvious wrongdoing) and then Try to prove in a court of Law. Their point in fact was/ is that they are a lot bigger and Richer than me, plus they own the Missouri Court system. I could not have beeten Attorney General cum Governor 'Jay Nixon', (though i certainly could have beaten Roy Blunt in a fair Election.)} I say Let the Philippine 'Comelec' prevail; and let something so worthy in the USA give a chance to real candidates and not just the incumbent 'Pretenders'. peace

South East Asia

From Tharon Chandler; 44 yr old American man visiting South East Asia .

Newspaper has always been interesting to me and never more than Today; here in the Philippines. The headlines today in papers to include the 'Manila Bulletin' and the 'Philippine Daily Inquirer' include articles about the 'North Korea Rocket Test', (pending a long distance launch scheduled for mid-April and forecast to land harmless debris among the philippine islands) and the State Politics of the Philippine President and Vice- President (Benigno Aquino and Jejomar Binay, respectively). As a man here visiting some local people and as a student, college graduate and a Candidate for state office in USA i am compelled to offer my opinions for the benefit of some in the USA , about the amazing events occurring here in Asia, and to offer my valid opinion for the sake of the leaders and any interested in knowing me here. In the end i'll tell you why i am in Favor of the people and President Aquino; against his rivals and opponents here and yet that i am also in favor of every sovereign nation, such as North Korea, to have the rights of Progress that other nations have enjoyed. As usual i'll tell you that i'm Against War and in favor of peace and human dignity everywhere.

It was Thomas Jefferson who said "I'd rather have Newspapers without a nation than a nation without newspapers", and i guess that's what seperates free countries from autocratic regimes. I myself worked for the Nashville Banner, of Tennessee, (in USA) from the time i was 16 yrs old (delivering newspapers on a rural route in Lawrence County). Yet, though i enjoy the opportunity, i keep in mind that all news is biased and that the press can be an instrument of dictatorship and indoctrination just as it can be used for positive education and liberation. Here, in passing i will also mention the local television stations and recent programs revisiting the 'Fall of Bataan' as commemorated on the Monday following Easter Sunday, here in 2012, as included dignitaries from Japan and the USA and included an excellent homage from President Aquino and the Philippine Honor Guard. It was a good practice and an excellent sight to behold. All Filipino Americans and anyone who loves the pinay as i do can be proud of the ceremony they staged on that peninsula this past Monday.

While this was viewing on one Channel the Vice- President of Philippines was on a different local channel and with a different message and, (though i have not mastered Tagalog) their is a rift if not opposition between him and the president, here. I'm uncertain as to how the office of VP is elected here but the adds and shirts i see on the street say 'Aquino and Roxas', rather, and i believe there will be a presidential election in 2013 though it seems very early, to me, in the Benigno 3 tenure. I have seen President Benigno S Aquino to be a man of Much Dignity, perseverence, endurance, and much compassion and good representation for his people. Even as there is said to be significant opposition to him among groups of the very poor (and i am usually much in favor of human rights). Fascism and class struggle are the largest prevailing sentaments here, as it long has been, perhaps more than anywhere else; and thus is the basis for the Aquino ;anti-corruption campaign that includes the current, ongoing, legal prosecution of a former Philippine president now incarcerated, along with the sitting supreme Court Justice that she had appointed within her tenure.

A large issue today is the split in opinion and whether the VP here is in favor of the Aquino anti-corruption campaign as it is now processing. I very much have to side with President Aquino, against the same style of fascism prevailent within the Marcos dictatorship (as supposedly assasinated his father and local favorite senator) and as indicative of the GMA regime; a fascist style autocracy and figure-headed by the sitting Supreme Court Justice here (a man accused of having property beyond his means as includes several lavish houses and condominiums around Manila and the Philippines Islands). I must side with the plight of 'anti- corruption' because my own life has been Ruined by fascist and lucre -loving Republican cronies working under the 'Marshal - Law' style of the Bush administration and local Tennessee cronies holding oligarchy Power. I myself have been been slighted in public elections (the most important charge being prosecuted against Gloria Macapagal Arojo) I myself am a victim of 'Election Sabotage' that was perpetrated by powerful wealthy Greedy incumbents that were in love with their own usurped power. It has been the same in every fascist regime among people whom Love money and are blinded by their own greed, as to all the people it hurts and good opportunity it ruins, just like they have ruined my life and the good i could have done for others (much good among people who needed and wanted me).

Corruption ruins countries and the perpetrators cannot see that because they don't have the mental building blocks to understand it. Fascism is a Trait; a human trait much different than benevolence and Love. peace

Seoul Nuclear Summit 2012

To be in the city of Seoul while they just happened to be having the largest ever such meeting was amazing but not as much simply being in that city for the very beginning of their Spring-time season of the year. Seoul has got to be the most sophisticated luxurious and sexy city there has ever been. The men wear basic dark suits and drive sleek cars while the women show a lot of beautiful hair and long pretty legs in thin, colored hose.

The women of Seoul Korea are beautiful and somewhat similar to other Asian cultures though there they have been a distinct race for many thousands of years and pampered on that peninsula. See they get much better nutrition than their counter-parts to the North; especially since the USA helped them selfishly divide that country in 1950. They are an amazing and sensible and congenial yet selective group as humanly possibly. Many of their women (and some of their men) liked me as a curiousity but i wasn't wanting to play the game; that expensive game where they would have earned and taken my funds to the last penny in their expensive economy and where i probably would have gotten to have significant sex with just one of the best looking woman of my life; if i could have stood up to the challenge as it was so fatefully presented, this past week.

In the end i went down to Busan for a more affordable adventure, within their Republic, and then came back to the Fils for some real loving. Peace love and have a loving tomorrow.

Taxes ? what taxes

Feb first 2012;

In the United States ryt now we are enjoying political 'Debates' about our governments 'Tax Policy' (about whom should pay more/ less in taxes) in the need to balance our annual budget and to address the problem of our rising national debts crises (we owe $$ to China and Japan and now our President wants to borrow more from them, again) yet the pundits r simply 'pulling' for one side or the other (either the rich or else the poor) and are not 'explaining Why' or not going into any rightful theory about monetary and fiscal policy. I , Mr William "Tharon" Chandler; as an Economics major/ graduate (Memphis 94) had been involved in this discussion before and i will again offer the proof as to Why the Rich absolutely should pay more; because they get more out of the U.S economy; and that some of the wealthy should simply pay 'any' amount in taxes instead of not even paying anything they owe.

Everyone on the evening news; from Barak Obama to Robert Reich to Ed Shultz to Mitt Romney to Rachel Maddow to Shawn Hannity, has 'an opinion' about this looming debate, and some of them make some Good points without explaining Why that hasn't worked allready (such as Mr Eric Cantor elaborating as if 'expense costing' has not already been considered by CPA's working for the wealthy and also Ms Rachel Maddow pointing out that we have already tried 'subsidizing the wealthy' within this administration cycle) but I'm here to tell you that the wealthy should Pay More because They get the most out of The american Public economy. Furthermore it was Mr Mike Dukakas (while he was a Massachusets Governor and sitting in an army tank); was the one whom pointed it out so eloquently that the U.S. is owed Millions of dollars in Taxes that it simply never collects (from the Wealthy who owe it on the income they extracted from the people whom comprise the market).

If a man such as Romney has gotten wealthy in the Stock market then it was not a private Market where he simply did better than his wealthy freinds but it is a Public market where he made money via the economic activities and market contributions of America as a whole. Such men have made money by 'outsourcing jobs', cutting personnel and 'cheating' on their tax statements. Their accountants may Use 'Loopholes'; the current tax code has options whereby the wealthy can 'cost expense accounting' and thereby reducing the ammount they owe against the bounty they have earned in the US Public markets. But then sometimes they don't pay even that much and then the US TreASURY is afraid to go get it from them.

The wealth in this country Absolutely did not come from a few wealthy investors but from Millions of working people paying their fair share of taxes; in the type of jobs that have now been 'shipped overseas' by wealthy owners and such jobs have been earned by those that will do them better and more affordably. Some of the workers in the USA deserve to be those people again, and it must start by ending the tax-breaks to companies that have 'outsourced' our jobs . The wealthy should pay more because they have Gained more from the United states economy as it has evolved for them to use and then the US Treasury should hire someone with the guts to collect the taxes that those people already owe.

4 acres and a mule .

'Agrarian Reform' for the USA ? What would it cost; what would it 'give- away'?

From 'Tharon Chandler', for Agrarian Reform .

Other developing countries in this world do not treat their own people so poorly, as sometimes happens in the USA, and some other bountiful countries do look toward 'agrarian reform' as a part of their needful 'economic reform'. Too many persons in Tenessee, and/ or 'the Old South', look at any proposed policy in terms of 'what it gives away to the "minority"; and thus too many poor whites and others living 'under the poverty line' must miss out on good potential reforms such as a new chance to Farm their own Land. Every citizen deserves a chance to own a home and a chance to farm the land. The typical problems that have ruined opportunities for family farmers in the USA have historicly included 'local bank interests', corporate interest in world or international commodities markets, and some secret 'world view' schemes that might imagine they can 'best allocate' the airable land for the 'proper' crop cycles.

To look at the first example of 'agrarian reform' in the USA (but certainly not the first in the world) it did include a racial element as it also does now in western Tennessee. From encyclopedia online : {40 acres and a mule refers to the short-lived policy, during the last stages of the American Civil War in 1865, of providing arable land to black former slaves who had become free as a result of the advance of the Union armies into the territory previously controlled by the Confederacy, particularly after Major General's William Tecumseh Sherman's "March to the Sea." General Sherman's Special Field Orders, No. 15,[1] issued on January 16, 1865, provided for the land, while some of its beneficiaries also received mules from the Army, for use in plowing.[2] Forty acres (16 hectares) is a standard size for a rural family plot, being a sixteenth of a section (square mile), or a quarter quarter-section, under the Public Land Survey System used on land settled after 1785. The combination of a 40 acre plot and a mule was widely recognized as providing a sound start for a family farm}.

Now the chance to farm in Tennessee does include a good proportion of black persons living in west TN (almost 50 % in some counties); though 'black persons' even now comprise only 16.5 percent of persons in Tennessee and only 12.5 % nation-wide. In regard to farming, referring to the racial minority; over half of those are women, though females also deserve at least the 'chance', to farm. (note: hispanics; Mexican and other latinoes are only 4.6 percent of the Tennesee population and 16.3 % nationally; {i notice many spanish-americans are excllent farm workers in California, also}).

Any good person and every unemployed person and anyone living 'below the poverty line' (= $ 22,050 per anum for a family of 4) in Tennessee and elsewhere in the USA Deserves a chance to farm for a living and by this I mean to say 'subsistence farming' or the means to provide sustenence for family survival and to have a bit left over for the common market. Not withstanding the polution and collusion and the usury and other negative effects of 'big Agribusiness' and corporate ownership of farm markets; Local farming provides much more diversity in potential crop yields and better potential 'freshness'; and usually a common place to keep funds more so 'local'.

Now, it is my contention as a candidate for the US House that in Western tennessee their is a plenty of 'airable' land, that can be good selection for 'subsistance' type farming, and that is currently Not being used at any 'higher potential value' with regard to the 'common good' in Tennessee.

all quiet on the western front ?

A recent AOL report video took issue with retiring Secretary of State Hillary R Clinton, and her spoken position in regard to the possible 'legalization of drugs' in response to the problems in Mexico (many unsolved murders of Mexican men and other dead journalists). The report cited the reality of 'supply and demand' in the United States for illegal drugs with regard to the dangers, killings, and high prices associated with illegal drugs such as Heroin, cocaine, and marijuana. Ms Clinton maintained that such drugs 'should not' be legalized. My own statement to you is that far too many good mexican men are being murdered under the auspices of a 'Drug War", and it certainly does play into the hand of a few horny, wealthy American men who like to have some bonita conchita (pretty mexican girls).

In my personal experience the moreno men of Mexico would not ordinarily be Any more deserving of death or persecution than any white American nor any black Negro. They exhibit a strong work ethic, much respect for each other, and quite a Tolerance for gringoes who come there to have sex with their women. The men of mexico (and thus the proportion of mexican people living/ working in the southern united states) are no 'quicker' toward questionable violence than are any race of human beings, in my experience; yet many Mexican young men and older hombres are being slaughtered; north and south of the Mexican/ US border. One point to notice is that it does leave a higher proportion of potentially 'single' mexican women and that the characteristics of those women are preferred by a cross section of caucasian men (and Women); though the mexican women do Not naturally prefer foreign Men (nor foreign Women). any problem that any person might inflict upon themself (such as dangerous drug usage) is nothing in comparison to a lot of good men (and also other journalists) being murdered at a rapid and continuous rate.
